The death occurred peacefully on Monday 9th August at Withybush Hospital, Haverfordwest of Mr John Craig, aged 78 years.
John is survived by his wife Elly. He was a beloved Dad of Kirsty and Paul, Justine and Chris, Jolyon and Niki and Tristan and Beth and devoted Grandpa to Huw, Eloise, Dominic, Evan, Charlie, Catrin, Jesse, Rhys, Ben, William and Menna. He also leaves his sister and brother-in-law Sue and Freddy.
John was a very well known figure in Tenby where he lived for all of his life. A local businessman John contributed much to the community he loved.
The funeral will take place at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth on Wednesday 25th August at 11.30am. The funeral cortege will leave Tan-y-Bryn at approx 10.30am and make its way through Tenby via Warren Street, past St John’s Church, along the South Parade, Esplanade, down Lower Park Road past The Dairy prior to the service at the crematorium.
The funeral will be followed by a gathering at The Giltar Hotel to celebrate John’s life.
There will be family flowers only with donations in lieu, if desired, for Dementia UK c/o Funeral Directors Messrs W & M J Rossiter & Sons Ltd, The Old Rectory, The Norton, Tenby or via the donate button.
