It is with great sadness to announce that she passed away peacefully on the 4th December.

She was a dedicated Nurse Practitioner and is survived by her son Ben and is now resting with her daughter Rachel.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, January 23rd at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth at 3:15pm.

Family flowers only, donations if desired, will be used to support The British Heart Foundation.
